| Today Violet celebrates her four month birthday at the lake in Nisswa. We measured her this morning at 26". She's now intentionally grabbing objects within her reach and trying to put them into her mouth. Although she has rolled over a few times, it isn't a regular occurrence just yet. | |||

| Round Lake's temperature in June is close to glacial, so we've not taken Violet into the lake yet. But she has a pink plastic pool which we fill up with warm water and place in the shade of the oak trees. She splashes about with a look bordering between terror and delight. When Steve lifts her out of the pool she takes a closer look at those enchanting leaves! | |||
